He is known for routinely getting into the mix with the athletes in the workouts to help push them and lead by example. He is an advocate of mixing things up by emphasizing agility, mobility, power, and innovative techniques to give his athletes an edge.

Team USA Olympic Track AthleteNorris is one of the most decorated athletes in UW history as well as a top performing USA Olympic Athlete. Norris received many different college offers for both basketball and track & field, after much debating he decided to attend the University of Washington on a full track & field scholarship. At the University of Washington Norris became an 11x NCAA All American, a 5x Conference Champion, and 3x West Region Male Athlete of the Year, and the most decorated athlete in Washington State history.

NFL Corner Back: Robert made his NFL dreams come true as an undrafted free agent out of Arizona State University. This dream came to full fruition as he is currently a cornerback for the Houston Texans. He has made a career out of facing long odds, and making up for his lack of NFL scout visibility with hard work. Robert Nelson established himself as a playmaker in his 2016 debut, as he intercepted Colts QB Andrew Luck in the second quarter for his first career interception vs. Indianapolis in Week 6, thereby silencing any doubts that he had what it takes to compete at the NFL level.
